Welcome to IRISTICS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our gym management platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using IRISTICS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use certain features of IRISTICS, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain and update your information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. IRISTICS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
IRISTICS offers subscription plans based on the number of members and features required. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
New gym accounts require approval by IRISTICS before full platform access is granted. After registration and payment, our team will schedule a demo session to walk you through the platform. Access is activated upon completion of the demo and approval.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to IRISTICS ("Your Data"). By using our Services, you grant us a license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve our Services.
For gym operators, you act as the data controller for your members' personal data. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your members, ensuring lawful processing of member data, responding to member data requests, and complying with applicable data protection laws.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. We may delete your data after 90 days following termination.
IRISTICS and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
IRISTICS integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Paystack), cloud infrastructure (Supabase, AWS), and analytics providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRISTICS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your data and content.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a security risk to our Services or users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days. We may delete your data after 90 days. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
